A helpful guide on how to choose your class and race combination. Some people don't stick to one character, some people just don't bond like that. However, myself, I am pretty much in love with my druid. She's me in game. When I make other chars it takes me time to get attached to them so I have trouble leveling them. Which may be why I took so easily to my DeathKnight cuz she wasn't started from the beginning. Whatever, however way you look at it, this may help you decide and such.

Meh, pretty inaccurate guide. Honestly, here's how to choose your class and race.
Step 1: If you don't plan on doing any PVP, pick any class... because they are all the fucking SAME thing in pve.... honestly... there is very little difference. which in this case, take more importance in step 2. If you do plan on pvping... alot or a bit, watch some pvp movies. Find a class that you think plays like you want to at end game and choose it. If you see a mage pvp movie and you're like, "woah thats awesome I wish I could do that" then make a mage.

Step 2: Looks. Pick a class / race that you will like looks wise forever. If you like troll, but people say they are shitty at everything, forget it, roll a troll. As long as you like the way it looks you are bounc to not get tired of that character. This goes for class too. If you like the idea of a plate wearer, roll warrior paly whatever. If you hate being cluncky, go rogue or mage. Looks are seriously important

Step 3: Choose by racial and racial alone. Beginning stats dont matter, and if you dont care about looks really, go by which race has the best racial for whatever class you want. Undead is a great rogue class because of Will of the Forsaken. Orc is a nice burst race due to its racial. This step is more for hardcore gamers or pvpers, because again, this makes little difference in PVE.

Step 4: Do people want this class in groups / arena. Choose a class that can help your friends. If someone you like makes a tank, make a healer or vice versa. Love pvp, and want an OP as fuck comp. Make a DK or Paly and have a friend make which ever one you dont choose. Have a group idea in mind when rolling, if you dont plan on playing solo.

Step 5: If you are lazy, pick this class. Hunter / Death Knight. That is all. They require no skill, no work, are easy as hell to play, and anyone with half a brain will hate you for those reasons. Good luck.

Your last statement about hunters / DK's is utter bullshit. All characters have a complexity to them. It's whether or not you strive to perfect your ability to play your character that depicts the "difficulty" of the character, if you take the time and effort to learn you class... Than you start getting into specific rotations for specific fights, etc.. Sure, if you use auto shot... and nothing else, hunters are easy AND if you just auto swing with your DK YOU WILL HIT THINGS, but guess what? You will not accomplish half of what people who actually learn the class will accomplish.

Sir, I didn't say you cant play them well, I'm saying it takes no effort to do so. I know a few awesome huntards who are damn good at their class; they trap trinkets, feign death pom pyros etc. However, to do just a notch under that, you don't even have to try. As far as DKs hahaha....haha......ha.....haha... I can random ability macro too! Mine does a train when I use my random ability! :3
